1. What type of development is The Allegro at Sonata Place?
The Allegro is the first of the two tower high rise residential project in the second phase of Sonata Place. It Will Sea 42 story, upscale condominium tower, offering a mix of residential units, serviced residences and retail units.
The Allegro will be built on top of a shared 3-storey podium which will have a row of retail units at the ground floor. Parking for guest at the second, level and amenities at the third level.
Above the podium. Are several floors dedicated for the serviced residences and the rest of the upper floors for the residential units.
Sonata Place “home to Sonata Private Residences • towers 1 and 2. The allegro and the legato Phase one covers the development of Sonata Private Residences, A two lower project launched in 2008.
